ON-RAMP PROGRAM
First time in a CrossFit box? Our On-Ramp program allows new athletes to get an introduction to of all the CrossFit movements in a one-on-one coaching environment. These sessions are booked at flexible times in order to get you into your first class as soon as possible.

CROSSFIT CLASS
CrossFit classes are one hour sessions held in a group setting led by an experienced Level 1 trainer. Ensured to be the best hour of your day.

TEAM TRAINING
Sport specific training geared towards entire teams of any age. High priority of building team chemistry and accountability with a bigger goal of teaching kids at an early age the importance of being healthy and staying active.

BOOTCAMP
A 45 minute full body workout with a combination of cardio, calisthenic movements, and weight training including dumbbells, kettle bells, resistance bands, and medicine balls. A great workout for individuals looking to break a sweat and stay moving.
